From the first friendly “hello” on the phone to the first visit and every office visit thereafter, the service is professional and courteous. Staff are warm and friendly, you feel like they really care about you! As a senior citizen, I have received the best service I could ever hope to have. Dr. Nicolls and I talked about my health and special needs as well. My medical limitations and my budget constraints with limited insurance led me to decide against dental implants. So we worked around this. I have had teeth filled and teeth extracted to correct and improve my overall dental health. Now, I have regained my self-esteem and feel like smiling again!

I think she is the best, she has probably the reason I have teeth, as I have had several illnesses over last few years, some of which either the illness or medicine used for it have affected my teeth in bad way. Walking into her office is a warm feeling, all the staff know you or come and introduce themselves if not already known. They are able to talk on a friendly level without any sacrifice of professionalism.
